Privacy Policy

This policy covers the apps developed by Al Kevin Tan — currently Binder and BillMan. Short version: the apps collect nothing. Your data never leaves your device.

Data we collect

None. These apps do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. They have no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no user accounts.

Data you create

Information you enter — such as customers, service forms, form submissions, events, bills, payments, and receipts — is stored locally on your device using Apple’s on-device storage (SwiftData). It is not uploaded to us or to any third party. We have no access to it.

If your device has iCloud backup enabled, your device backup is handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy. The apps themselves do not operate any server.

Deleting your data

Your data lives only on your device. Deleting individual records inside an app, or removing the app, permanently deletes the associated data from your device.

Children’s privacy

These are productivity apps and are not directed at children. They collect no personal information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
